Tony Self

Tony Self is the HOA Specialist at Harcourts Hunter Mason Realty and the founder of TownhomePros.com, Southern California's dedicated resource for HOA boards, townhome buyers, and sellers. He is a member of CACM, the California Association of Community Managers, and a licensed California real estate broker. His practice sits in the niche most agents avoid: HOA-managed communities, where the deal hinges as much on the association's finances and compliance as it does on any single unit.

Tony works with two kinds of boards. For associations unhappy with their current management company, he reviews the contract and performance, and for associations that fit, his management team takes over with a planned handoff.
